Our latest dining project is entitled The Gin Project, and is the culmination of months of development. Development has involved the creation of several bespoke gins on our new micro-distillery, with appropriate flavour profiles for cooking with.

ham - The Gin ProjectAgainst the advice of our consultant, we have consigned the A La Carte Menu to the fire, and instead offer both  5 course and 7 course menus, at an incredible £30 and £40 respectively. There are three 5 course menus to choose from which focus on meat, fish and vegetarian. Our 7 course menu brings together our favourite dishes from across all three menus.
