Gin and it’s botanicals used in cooking
Our latest dining project is entitled The Gin Project, and is the culmination of months of development. Development has involved the creation of several bespoke gins on our new micro-distillery, with appropriate flavour profiles for cooking with.
Against the advice of our consultant, we have consigned the A La Carte Menu to the fire, and instead offer both 5 course and 7 course menus, at an incredible £30 and £40 respectively. There are three 5 course menus to choose from which focus on meat, fish and vegetarian. Our 7 course menu brings together our favourite dishes from across all three menus.
It wouldn’t be The Rummer without some excellent drinks to accompany your meal, so we have put together a magnificent cocktail flight.
