Pioneering spirits
A trusted public house for centuries, it was in 2003 that the cocktail bar ignited the craft cocktail scene in the city. Today, the Rummer is still under the same ownership and considered the godfather of Bristol’s cocktail scene.
We’ve won multiple awards and have the largest range of spirits in the region, with well over 500 premium gins, rums and whiskeys.
